  • CY-Cube10 Input Aperture High Speed 10mm Galvo Scanner Head with Metal Shell

CY-Cube10 Input Aperture High Speed 10mm Galvo Scanner Head with Metal Shell

The 2-axis optical scanner galvanometer can be used to deflect a laser beam in X and Y directions. This produces a two-dimensional area allowing a laser to be directed at any position. This area is known as the “marking field” as shown in the diagram. Deflection is performed by two mirrors, each of which is moved by a galvanometer scanner. The deflection unit has a beam input, into which the laser beam is fed, and a beam output, through which a laser beam is emitted from the unit after deflection. CY-Cube10 galvo scan head is new design with metal shell and high speed which can be used for fly marking.

  • 10mm Fiber Laser Galvanometer Scanner Head for Fiber Laser Engraving Machine

10mm Fiber Laser Galvanometer Scanner Head for Fiber Laser Engraving Machine

The 10mm fiber laser galvo scanner is a very advanced laser scanning technology that uses optical fibers to achieve a high level of precision and accuracy. This type of scanning technology is used in a wide range of industries from automotive manufacturing to medical device production, and is popular for its ability to produce incredible detail and precise laser cutting and engraving on a variety of materials. Galvo scanners are also very efficient, with lower power consumption and better stability than other lasers. All these advantages make fiber laser galvanometer scanners the first choice for industries that require precision, speed, and reliability in their production processes.

Fiber Laser Galvanometer 10mm Galvo Scanner Laser Galvo Head

The model CYH galvo scanner has the good running stability, high positioning accuracy, fast marking speed, strong anti-interference ability which can meet most marking applications.

The fiber laser galvo scanner is a powerful and precise laser technology designed to produce high quality and accurate results. The galvo head uses a combination of fiber laser and galvo system to quickly and efficiently mark or engrave on a variety of materials including metals, plastics and ceramics. The technology is commonly used in the manufacturing industry for product labeling and serialization, creating intricate designs, and even in medical applications such as eye surgery. Fiber laser galvanometer scanners are a reliable and cost-effective solution for businesses that require a fast, accurate laser system to meet their needs.

  • High speed 10mm laser marking engraving galvo scanner head

High speed 10mm laser marking engraving galvo scanner head

The working principle of galvo laser marking is that the laser beam is incident on two mirrors (scanning X / Y mirrors), and the reflection angle of the mirrors is controlled by a computer software, and the two mirrors can be scanned along the X and Y axes respectively, so as to achieve the deflection of the laser beam and make the laser focus with a certain power density move on the marked material as required, thus leaving a permanent mark on the material surface.

  • 1064nm F-Theta Focusing Lens for Laser Marking

1064nm F-Theta Focusing Lens for Laser Marking

F-Theta lenses – also called scan objectives or flat field objectives – are lens systems often used in scan applications. Located in the beam path after the scan head, they perform various functions.

F-theta objective is normally used together with a galvo-based laser scanner. It has 2 main functions: focus the laser spot and flatten the image field, as shown in the image below. The output beam displacement is equal to f*θ, thus was given the name of f-theta objective. By introducing a specified amount of barrel distortion in a scanning lens, the F-Theta scanning lens becomes an ideal choice for applications that require a flat field on the image plane such as laser scanning, marking, engraving and cutting systems. Depending on the requirements of the application, these diffraction limited lens systems can be optimized to account for wavelength, spot size, and focal length, and distortion is held to less than 0.25% throughout the field of view of the lens.

  • 10mm Aperture Fiber Galvanometer Laser Scanner Galvo Head

10mm Aperture Fiber Galvanometer Laser Scanner Galvo Head

Galvanometer (Galvo) is an electromechanical instrument that deflects a light beam by using a mirror, meaning that it has sensed an electric current. When it comes to laser, Galvo systems use mirror technology to move the laser beam in different directions by rotating and adjusting mirror angles within the boundaries of a work area. Galvo lasers are ideal for using fast speed and intricate fine detailed marking and engraving.

This galvo head is 10mm (compatible with 1064nm / 355nm / 532nm / 10.6um mirrors), uses digital driver, fully self-developed driver/ control algorithm/ motor. Strong interference resist performance, high speed, high precision, suitable for precision marking and welding, marking on the fly, etc. With high-cost performance, it can be widely used for normal laser marking and engraving.

Galvo systems are available for different laser types, such as Fiber Laser, sealed CO2, and UV, giving you the possibility of choosing the laser light according to your needs.
